Aire Valley Leeds is one of the most significant areas of investment opportunity in Leeds and the Yorkshire and Humber region.
Already home to approx 420 businesses employing over 15,000 people, there is over 400 hectares of development land which could accomodate up to 27,000 new jobs, several thousand new homes and other facilities over the next 15 -20 years.
